Anne Marie
Anne Marie has over ten years’ experience of marketing and data management gained within both the public and private sectors. Her proven ability to implement high profile projects has enabled her to successfully deliver complex change-management initiatives and implementation of efficiency improving systems and processes.
Having used Prince2 technology extensively to manage projects on time and within budget, Anne Marie has prepared and implemented IT systems, architecture and change strategies. These have included quality controls, data protection compliancy, systems and process testing and staff training. Among her career highlights, Anne Marie can include:
- Using technology and change management to plan and manage the enrolment of more than 30,000 students.
- Increasing efficiency by 10%, equivalent to £1.9 million, through business process re-engineering and the use of technology.
- Managing the supplier section process of a new contract management system to support a £7 million marketing budget.
- Delivered a business intelligence system worth £200k to the Managing Director of DBT Ltd on schedule, working as Independent Project Consultant.
- Managed the Data Management Team at Cranfield School of Management, including budgeting, recruiting supervision and training.
