The primary route for EOe’s growth is via the EO franchise proposition. The Talent Bank, websites, online marketing programs, recruitment project management system, brand identity and business process are offered under license to entrepreneurs who wish to build their own interim management and executive recruitment businesses under the EO brand.
EO is a member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) and the Interim Management Association (IMA). Additionally, we are the only interim management provider to have undergone and passed the REC’s rigorous quality assurance audit; we have held “REC Audited” designation since 2006.
