Our service includes the development of a detailed brief of each client’s requirements for a role, communication of that brief to the right candidates, assessment of respondents, face-to-face interviewing, reference checking and CV validation – all of which culminates in the presentation of a list of two to four of the best candidates for your consideration and subsequent interview.

Following our receipt of a brief, we can deliver within days, a handpicked list of candidates for you to interview. This means a candidate can be on-site and working for you in the space of one or two weeks. We are so confident of our candidates' ability to accomplish what's required that we offer, where desired and appropriate, results-based fees, which tie part of their compensation (and ours) to the successful achievement of project objectives.

Once the client has selected the final candidate, an EO Director will be assigned to the project. Apart from regular contact with the selected Interim Manager to challenge and support him, the Director will monitor proper communication between the manager and the client; participate in regular progress meetings and help mobilise the necessary resources to ensure success throughout the assignment.
